Did you ever figure out your issue? I only ask because I have the same issue, but I have not checked the battery voltage.

I have not figured it out yet. I plan to pull the power from shore plug tomorrow and flip the keyed switch and see if lights come on. It just seems odd it wouldn’t work automatically like that

We have a RED switch, in the basement, that must be in an exact position. Without this set right, all DC stuff in our rig is OFF.

There is also a small circuit breaker normally on the tongue of the trailer if a pull behind, unsure where it is on a fifth wheel that goes from the main (typically 8 awg or so) battery to the cutoff switch and then to the power center.

If that circuit breaker is blown, nothing will come from the battery to the power center. The power center has a 12v charger module that provides 12v when plugged into shore power so that is likely how you are getting it.

Just start from the battery and work your way back following the larger red wire, should be +12v on one side of the cutoff switch (typically you can get to the terminals behind your nautilus panel if that is where it is), if not, the circuit breaker is likely bad.

Most trailers have a couple of feeds coming from the battery and only one goes through the cutoff switch (and then to the power center), the others power “always on” safety devices.

Check your manual, we called that the "red key". If its not in proper position, power to non-essentials in rig is lost which is the intention of it. Remove the key when in storage to preserve battery.

As for "small circuit breaker" on the tongue, thats an auto-reset unit. If its blown, something would be dead-shorting and your battery life would be very short.

We purchased / took possession less than a month ago of a new (2023) Imagine 2500RL and are experiencing this same issue. Basically, none of the 12 volt items (lights, fans, 12v fridge, etc) work when shore power is disconnected, but work fine when plugged in to 120 VAC. This is true with the Red Disconnect Switch in either position. Both batteries measure at 12.8V when disconnected from trailer and each other. The meter/display next to the Red Disconnect Switch shows 12.83V, 41.6%, 41.62Ah. The Furrion Solar controller MPPT 25A shows the correct battery type. I don't think the batteries are being charged by either the shore power or the solar panel. Is there something I should do before having the dealer check things out?

Jiggle the red switch. Mine will only work in 1 exact position. The symptoms you describe are consistent with red switch position.

Wiggling the red battery disconnect switch doesn't do anything different. It might be something behind that or something else. Either way, I plan to take it to the dealer, since the trailer is only a month old. The only question now is, "how long it will be sitting there?"
