What size discount should we be seeing these days on Momentums

Just wondering what size discount off MSRP we should be seeing on a ordered unit from the factory. Ive been looking at used units but some of them are coming very close to a new order unit. I just priced out a 410 with FBP and I think I can get 31.5% off MSRP, just wondering if anyone else has priced anything out recently and what % your seeing out there.

I can tell you what I am seeing. I built a 2023 397THS and am getting 22% off MSRP, but I am getting Private party on my 381M on trade at 85K, so when I look at what trade should be, it equates to about 30% if I sold it private party and swung that cash to the discount. So if you are seeing 31.5% that seems pretty strong on the Mo series in my opinion.

I am in NC, for additional info.

The 31.5% I didn’t think they would go for but they also seem like they want a deal which kinda tells me the state of the industry right now.

That seems like a great discount to me, I'd jump all over that in today's market. That said, as you implied, the market does seem to be turning, so, in another 6 months, that much or more might be commonplace.

Decided to buy pre owned. That’s the best discount I could get. Lol.

Nothing wrong with used trailers, not in my eyes anyway. Heck the original owners usually have all the bugs fixed, ours were anyway.

Sounds about right. We were at 25% below MSRP in January. So steeper discounts given the current market sounds logical to me.

We bought our 324mbs in March for about 31% off msrp or 28% overall off out the door. Our tax rate is just over 8% and the dealer “waived” all their fees. Price shopped with another dealer up the road, and they said to take that deal.

Now would I would I ever go back to the selling dealer??? If all I was looking for was the lowest price, then yes. Anything other than that, no. Dealt with them with our Lance for some warranty work, and never again. We did have some prelim warranty issues with the GD, but worked direct with them to get handled.

Bringing this one back to the top to see what discounts people are getting on new 24's OR even 23's still on the lot? Was just quoted 29% off MSRP for a 23' still on the lot, but that was from a huge dealer with lots of overhead. Given the current market I was expecting more. Still shopping though.

I got 37% off my 23 I got back in may of this year and it was a unit I built from a medium size dealer in NC.
