Only way to get the rears up now. Worked as yours did for first four months than stopped retracting rears for the next six months. Started retracting again in April and now they won't go up unless retract all. Very frustrating.

John.....I can't remember, and I'm too lazy to go through 11 pages of comments, but did you ever try the "hitch height" from your phone app, and/or the 7" wall mount one control panel inside the trailer....to see if it performs the same way?

I've not tried it from the wall panel because at that point I had the door locked and stairs up. I have tried it from the phone app so I can actually watch all the jacks. Unfortunately, hitch height doesn't seem to work from the app most times and then need to resort to the touch pad in the pass thru door.

The dealership can find nothing wrong with the leveling system (I have no confidence that they really diagnosed anything) but they are replacing the 80 amp Circuit Breaker - not quite sure why if they can't find anything wrong but I'll take it.

According to LCI tech, the whole issue resulted from removing the batteries after which 'they say' you must reset zero point calibration once reconnected or the 'brain' will get confused. First I had heard of that, but sure enough the day before I dropped it off, I reset zero point. Next afternoon, I hitched up and had a clamp meter on when I hit retract all - topped out at about 78amps until all the jacks were up and the motor started straining. CB shut leveling system off at 81amps with everything fully retracted.

That said, I'm exactly back to where I was last year - press hitch height and four rear jacks do not retract.
That tech is wrong. I have disconnected my batteries many times without incident. My only issue was strange operation when I first got it. I am glad I had not read about rezeroing then, as the real problem was the rear sensor had it's screw holes stripped at the factory. It was just floating around in the under belly. I used pop rivets to secure it back on it's mount.I has been perfect ever since. I have never rezeroed. IMO needing to rezero means there is another problem

I've never had a problem auto-leveling - it does what it needs to. I have set zero point - was not correct from the factory and didn't match my bubble level. Once I was happy with that, it has always returned to the level I set with zero point. My whole issue has been hitching and getting the rear jacks to retract. They do, then don't, then do, and now don't again. Maybe coincidence, but the last return to jacks not retracting happened last Thursday when I followed LCI tech's guidance and re-set zero point (and it was not quite where I wanted it to be).

If they can't find anything wrong, ask the dealer to hitch up your trailer to your truck...either you will see how they do it and learn something, or....more likely.. they will get a demonstration of what is wrong. By their own hands.

Well, they replaced the 80amp circuit breaker and it is now working like it should. Amps don't go over 70. Press hitch height and the mids retract, then the rears, and then the front legs lift the coach. Working as it is supposed to.

So, basically, installing the new breaker has fixed the issue? That seems odd.

Seems odd to me also. The ONLY other thing I did was set the zero point calibration before I dropped it off based upon what LCI tech told me to do. Whatever, I'll take it as long as it keeps working.
