    Curb side slide retracts oddly

We have a 2015 Reflection 27RL. The curb side slide has always retracted until the top is tight and the bottom still sticks out a couple of inches. It will retract all of the way in, but the top eye looks kind of bent, as if it's too much pressure on the upper part of the slide. Has anyone seen this with their rig, and if so were you able to get it resolved satisfactorily? I brought it up with General RV, they said they fixed it, but it's still the same. Thoughts? Thanks!! OK, thanks Rob! I added this issue to our list we sent to General RV today and we'll see what they come back with. It's always been this way and it just doesn't seem right to me, as it looks like it's adding unnecessary stress to the upper portion of the slide. We'll see what they come back with. Thanks! Paul

The slide needs to be adjusted but some dealers only do 'good enough'. Only the bottom of the slide is driven...fit at the top is achieved with the height adjustment with the jacking bolts...see figure 7 on page 10... http://lci1.com/assets/content/suppo...ideout-web.pdf

Edit: How does the fascia fit to the inside walls top and bottom when the room is extended?

Went through this on my 27LR. Noticed that the slide was rubbing on the floor. Back to the dealer and they shimmed it, said all was well. Took off on a 3 week trip and noticed that now the top of the slide was rubbing metal to metal and tearing up the top of the room on one side. Found a different dealer to work on it. Couldn't get a real clear explanation of the problem but they had to pull the slide entirely from the frame and perform a lot of work (close to 6 weeks). Slide works good but is in my opinion still miss aligned. Top is very tight but bottom sticks out at least 2 inches.
