    Air conditioner Question

I noticed that our main A/C unit compressor cycles on and off, even when its attempting to get to the target temp. set on the thermostat. It cools fine and we run the fan constantly. I've just never experienced one where the compressor cycles on and off instead of constantly running while cooling down to temp. I'm used to them running until it got to target temp. and then cycling on and off. Since it does this, it takes forever to cool down. Has anyone else experienced this?
    thanks.

There are numerous threads on here about this
    Search Furrion thermostat

    There is a few fixes
One is to stick the room sensor which is behind the cover of the air conditioner on the inside
Stick it down through the filter on the cover can help

In reference to what has been posted and the fact that you are running your fan, what is the thermostat telling you when it cycles? Does it think the trailer has cooled down to temp, or is it cycling even when it’s well above the set temp?

Those would be two separate issues.
