Simple lighting mod

Never used the light in the bathroom with the presence detection, it was just too bright and ruined your night vision.
Just laid four coats of flat red paint in the inside of the lens. That gave it the perfect brightness, wifey loves it.

And it's kind of romantic too....! lol.....

I'm guessing it would be kind of shocking to get out of bed at night to use the facilities and have that blast you. For that we turn the lights off (I assume that one could be disabled too), and use one of these on the floor in the hallway between the bedroom and bathroom.

We also carry one of those in our travel bag for when at hotels or visiting the kids.
