Repair options to stained wall finish.

First camping trip of the season and found ourselves being overrun with ants. Thought I could spray some bug spray on the wall to teach them ants a lesson but it backed fired on me. Now the wall finish has a small area that is stained. The more I wiped the worse it got. I thought the wall was paneling but now realize it was more like a textured cloth finish. I am hoping for ideas on repairing the damaged section, any recommendations appreciated.

The interior is more like a vinyl walpaper over Luan. I'm not sure there's much that can be done about stains on it. A number of folks have cleaned and painted it with good results - I guess you'd have to do a whole section that way, but you could make an accent wall out of it with a contrasting color.

Thanks Rob for you reply and suggestion.

I'm going to just hang a photo collage frame over the area. Out of sight out of mine it was I'm going for right now.

Use diatomaceous earth around all entry points to the trailer.

If the little boogers get inside, like they did in yours, pour it along all baseboards.

It shreds their little exoskeletons into itty-bitty ant bits.

    Non-toxic to humans and pets.

Available at any gardening supply store.

Havent had to use it yet, but we have the same stuff for the "future " ant invasion.
