Wanted, all leaf spring experts. leaf spring band clamp needed

I have a broken leaf spring band clamp, It measures 1-1/2" wide. The smallest I can find is 1-3/4" wide. scoured the internet. I have a 2020 momentum 395m triple axle. These seem to be cheap and flimsy but they do keep the leaf springs aligned. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you mean the width of the spring is 1 1/2"? It should be 1 3/4". I've never tried to put a band on and wouldn't know how to go about it. Hopefully someone here has a better idea of how to go about it.

On my previous camper, I used a "U" bolt. It worked for several years with no problem until I sold the camper.

Half of mine fell off before I picked it up from the dealer. The rest shortly after. IMO, they exist only to keep the springs togther until they are installed. They are far to weak to do much else. Once the spring to axle Ubolt is tightened, they are not going any where.

Never had any come off that I'm aware of. I agree though that once the U-bolts are secured the leaves aren't going anywhere.

You can use a worm drive clamp to keep the ends of the leaves together.
