Tank & Battery Sensors not reading on Panel

Hey all

just trying to make sure I am not missing something simple. The 310GK-R is parked along side the house, hooked up to Shore Power. Batteries are fully charged. All battery disconnect switches turned on. I went to check the Black/Grey Tank levels today, and the panel appears dead. No response on either grey tank, the black tank, the fresh water tank or the battery charge level.

These worked a week ago, as I check these once a week as I have a dehumidifier running and draining into the shower grey tank.

I checked the fuse, all the 12V fuses look good

The rest of the panel works (slides, porch light, awning lights, etc).

I am thinking there's probably a loose ground - Before I tear into the panel to check, I wanted to know if I might be missing something obvious

There are more fuses besides the ones in the fuse panel. The One Control module has numerous fuses. Is it safe to assume other 12v components are working (lights for example)?

Have you checked the battery voltage at the battery with a multimeter?

Battery Voltage has been checked from 3 independant sources. The WFCO Inverter Meter, the Victron Smart Shunt and the Victron Battery Sense, so I have extremely high confidence I have 13.8V available from the batteries. I did not put a meter on it, but the victrons are all picking up the same voltage.

All other 12V systems seem to be working. This includes, lights, the One Control Module in the trailer, Leveling System, Easy Reel, etc.

Are your tank readings from the One Control LCD screen, or do you have the black panel with buttons and some red lights come on for the indications?

I dont see an option in One Control to monitor the Black/Grey tank volumes. I use the "control panel" to watch the volumes in the tanks.

I wonder if there is a fuse behind the monitor panel.

Thanks all for the help - Pulled the Panel this morning and the tabs were broke that hold the control board to the Concenience Center Panel - GD is sending a new one out
