Torn slide roof

On a 7,000 mile trip out west and not quite halfway through decided to crawl up on the roof and inspect it. Sure enough found a small tear and some tiny pinholes in the roof material, dining room slide, door side outside. Thought at first a branch or something had got caught in the seal. Slid my hand under the corner and found one of the staples holding the seal had come loose on one side and was cutting the top. Had to slap on some sealer before a thunderstorm hit here so the temporary repair is ugly, But it should get us home.

Looks like it’s functional. That’s a good spot for some eternabond tape
