Dinette conversion to bed problem

The cushions that came with our Imagine XLS 22 MLE are too large to make it into a bed as hoped. Any suggestions?

Upholstery shop.

Get better foam, while you are at it.

@$400, but well worth it.

Same with ours!!! What the heck were they thinking? How did you resolve this?

Oops sorry I thought someone else had the same problem! Anyone out there resolve this without having to reupholster the whole thing?
