Black tank valve cable replacement on Momentum 25g

I am sure this had been answered already, I searched and didn't find anything. I have a 22 Momentum 25g, I bent my rod on the end of the cable. How long is my cable on the black tank valve? From what I have seen, I have to buy a new valve as they don't just sell the cable. Am I correct? Thank you

That depends on the valve manufacturer. If it's Valtera, you can get the cable, if it's Bristol, you most likely need the entire assembly. You usually can identify the manufacturer by the pull handle. Their name is usually on it there.

If you look up your trailer on the grand design parts look up page on their web site it might have replacement valves with the cable length.

If its valtera you can get the replacement on amazon once you get the info from GD. They are easy to replace once you get the coroplast out of the way.

etrailer also carries these. And often sales more component parts than just assemblies.

The handle screwed off my grey valve rod during our last road trip and I was able to just by the handle or just handle + rod or whole assembly on etrailer.

HERE is the 72" cable for the Bristol Lasalle setup; yours might be longer. Use care to NOT get the shortest that will fit, those with tight radius have short life. I see eTrailer has the part # suffix: GMA. I know the "GH" suffix is the older version. Best to inquire to get the improved valves. Replacing the entire assembly is not so bad; assuming the tank is VERY empty.
