    Slideout undercovering ripping

The kitchen slide in our 310GK has a section of the black under covering that has torn off. It is on the end of the slide by the refrigerator. It is a pretty consistent rectangle about 8" long and about the width of the roller. We are not seeing pieces of the cover on the ground or inside the trailer. We also don't see any pieces in the roller area. What can we put under the slide to protect the bare wood under layment, and keep more from ripping out, but not interfere with the movement of the slide? Has anyone else had this and if so, what caused it to rip off the covering?

I had a similar issue with my kitchen slide. Grand Design sent the dealer stainless steel sheets to place on the slide where the rollers ride. They also added additional rollers for a total of seven

Looks like we have 6 slide rollers and 5 traveling rollers. It feels like the slide rollers are sinking into the flooring under the fridge. That is probably why they sent your dealer the stainless steel sheets. Not sure if adding some additional rollers will help us (looks like we can fit two more in) or if it is too late since the others are already sinking. Not sure how we're going to fix this on our own
