    Broken Spring on Reflection 303rls

Just broke the right rear spring on a 2016 Reflection 303rls 5th wheel. the general consensus on the internet says the spring is 25 1/4" center to center of bolts. The spring on the left side measures 26 1/4" center of bolt to center of bolt. I'm not sure if this spring is compressed and making it longer. I don't see how it could grow by 1". Can anyone measure their healthy springs and tell me what you measure?

Generally speaking, the springs will measure 24 3/4" eye-to-eye unloaded length, and 26 1/4" eye-to-eye loaded length. So yes, they will get longer as they flex. Do you have pictures of your springs. It's possible your springs are shot, well, one of them for sure. If they look like a "W", then they do indeed need to be replaced. Maybe with a stronger spring...maybe.

I upgraded mine to 3000lb from the 2600lb. The size is 25 1/4 eye to eye. I would also suggest going with wet bolts and heavier shackles which are available as a kit. The stock plastic bushings are probably shot. The part# is Lippert 122111 for the 3000lb

I just threw in the towel and had the comfort ride slipper spring setup with shocks installed on my 303RLS.

Pull the information on the axle take and email the manufacturer the information. They can provide a detailed build sheet for your axle including the spring part number.

Most are 25.25, but that depends on hos the manufacturer measures.
Also GD can give you the same build information. Give customer service a call and have you vin handy
