    Refilling water tank while dry camping

    Is it possible to draw water from 5 gallon containers using pump on board a 379 FL?

    Hi Scott,

    This is certainly possible through the Kantleak valve on the Reflections.
    I would expect that the same thing is possible on a Solitude.
    This is one of the valve configurations shown in the Kantleak diagrams.

    Schematic

    Attached is what the schematic of what my water system looked liked before I removed and replaced the Kantleak valve with a standard valve setup.
    Essentially you use the Sanitize settings with the Fresh Tank Bypass valve open.
    Turn on the pump and go.

    Set the water control valves in the "Sanitization" position, and turn on the water pump. Inlet becomes a suction line drawing straight to fresh water tank.

    Don't forget the teardrop shaped Fresh Tank Access Valve needs to be open too.
