Grease on brake pads

Pulled the drum today and there is a bad seal on the front two tires. At what point is there "too much grease" on the brakes and magnet. Brakes don't look to bad and magnet just had a few small clumps on it. At what point do I need to think about a compete brake pad and magnet replace. I sprayed the grease off the drum and have the new seals already. Just questioning how far to go.

If you clean the grease off and it hasn't soaked into shoes, adjust them so they drag and you should be ok.
