    Leaf Spring Size for 2500RL

I am going to upgrade my leaf springs to 2500 pound leaf springs. However, I do not know what length or arch I need to order them in. Has anybody replace theirs. Grand Design replace the originals with the same ones but these two have gone flat, so I am going to replace them. .

I would like to order them without having to take one leafspring off to measure it so if anybody has done this and knows what size I need I would appreciate it.

You actually should be able to measure them on the trailer. Just measure of the center of the spring eye to the center of the spring eye. Likely to be 24 7/8" if they aren't flattened out. Around 26" if they are flat. It would be better if you measured the springs unloaded, i.e. with the trailer wheels off the ground. That will be more likely to give you unloaded length.

What leaf springs did you end up going with? Considering upgrading mine as well.

    Thanks

On the back of your existing axle tube will be a manufacturer tag. Take a picture of it and contact the manufacturer. Both Lippert and Dexter will send you a build sheet for the complete assembly (axles, brakes, springs, bearings, etc) including part numbers. The sticker also will show you current weight capacity. If it shows 3500lbs then you springs will be 1750 lbs each

GD customer service may also be able to help. Have you vin handy. You can also use the GD parts look up page for you model to get spring information too. Most spring used are 25.25" across the arch or 26" along the arch.

Here's a post that includes a link to the replacement leaf springs I used on our 2800BH a few years ago. Different model and year than your Imagine but maybe useful nonetheless:
