    Trying to get some warranty work done?

    I have been trying to get some warranty on some minor issues from my dealer. They tell me that they are waiting on a respond from G. D. they tell me they are getting no reply from GD It's been a couple of weeks now just wondering is this the normal For G.D. ?

    I left JD at Grand Design a message last week and one again yesterday regarding the livingroom tv mount and have not heard a peep.

    Not very impressed.

    They may not drop everything because of a rally, but may be busy because of one. Remember, the folks there are customers as well and they may be dealing with them first had. Maybe not. But maybe be a little patient and see what happens.

    You do to have a complete understanding of a manufactures response on issues. Til you own one all your are getting is what you read/hear, not first hand.

    So someone who DOES own one, but never had the need for a manufacturers response would have a complete understanding?
