Western Montana Grand Design Rally

We have scheduled a GD rally in Missoula MT for August 18, 19, and 20, 2016.

It will be held at Yogi Bear Jellystone Park. We have 25 spaces booked. Bretz RV and Grand Design will be in attendance and assisting us in the planning.

We are hoping that this rally happens before the Elkhart rally. The company feels that their rally will be on the same weekend as this year. Hope so as we want to go to.

There will be lots of things planned and we will keep everyone informed.

Interesting. I visit Missoula every year since one of my daughters and family and my sister live there. We stay at Jim & Mary's which is across 93 from Jellystone I think. I'll keep and eye on things and decide if we might make the dates. No Facebook here so will check back on this thread. Thanks for the early heads up post.

I really am considering coming to this rally how far is it from Yellowstone Park would like to see Old Faithful. Have been trying to plan a trip out west went to the Grand Canyon now want to go North. Would we be able to stay longer if we want.

We might be able to make this one, I should have some time off from work built back up by then. It would be a little easier with a 1 year old than going clear to Elkhart, but we want to do that trip eventually.

Old Faithful is 305 miles from the gate at Yogi Bear Jellystone Park. A 5 hour drive

Debby, if going that far, Yellowstone is awesome, but the Grand Tetons were our favorite part our West trip. By the way both are much better than the Grand Canyon in our opinion. It's all beautiful out there, Wyoming, S Dakota, and Montana were our favorite parts of a 22 state trip.
Wish we could make this rally, but it will be a few years before we get to make it back West.
