    Congratulations!
Make sure you run the slide out and in, and awnings. Test everything, Fridge, AC, Furnace, and water heater. Before you leave be sure all tank valves are closed, black, grey, and fresh. Take your time and make sure you get answers for any questions.
    Have fun and Congratulations!

When I bought mine, they wouldn't let me up on the roof due to "insurance regulations". When I got it home and went up on the roof I found a 2" diameter hole. Now I have a new rig with a patched roof. So if they won't let you climb on the roof, use a ladder to view from all sides to check it out.

We've been in our 25G fulltime now for 4 months and have some issues but nothing major. Our furnace just went out last night and that's why we joined this site to do some research. First, our stairs had a faulty weld and broke after 2 weeks of continuous use. We had the dealer put in an aftermarket stair system and it's just better and well worth the money. Some of the trim has come loose but it's an easy fix with a nail gun and some glue. Door latch was almost froze up when we picked it up, used some WD40 and no worries now. Oven has been a PITA to light but once you learn how to light it, no worries. Listen to your tech when you do the walk through on how to hook up and other things cause the manual is crap and doesn't really help with anything. If you're short, the ceiling vents are quite high and my wife needs a stepstool to reach them. We're installing auto vents and fans in February to alleviate this since they're remote controlled. Hope this helps a bit!

Don't be shy, and spend the time it takes for you to be satisfied. I spent a little over 3 hours checking mine, even had an electrical socket tester with me.

Remember you now own it so treat it as if it's yours. Don't be afraid to dig deep and look for issues. My wife went around and checked every window while I was talking to the tech guy. She found two that didn't work right. She also found a drawer that was sticky. Dealer fixed the drawer and ordered one new window.
Make sure all connections are hooked up. Maybe sewer won't be but at least go pull the valve handles to see if they work.Should be clear fresh water to run out the valves since it's brand new.
Run everything inside the TH. Sit in all the chairs to see if they work. Remember it's yours so don't feel like you're imposing on them. You own them as well as the TH.
Lastly don't buy any of their extended warranty stuff or special coatings stuff. Shop around for the best interest rate if financing. We had a lender lined up but the dealer beat the rate but we had to go 15 years to get it. We pay more each month so it'll be paid off much earlier. Rates are much much higher now than when we bought so shopping for a cheap rate is paramount.

I would (and I did) run the toilet, make sure the spray bar in the black tank works properly. At this point since it hasn't been "used", its all fresh clean water like the grey and fresh water tank.

As others have suggested, don't be in a hurry for the PDI (pre-delivery inspection). Use one of the forms from here on the forum or use your own, but check EVERYTHING! If possible, don't sign the final paperwork until everything is fixed to your satisfaction. Do check the roof, our technician told us about the insurance thing, I just asked him to look the other way as I climbed up. Run the hot water heater and furnace. Try all of the light switches. Make sure you understand the use of the refrigerator. I could go on. A good inspection will probably take at least 3 hours, you may need more to completely check everything. Don't let them rush you. Offer to come back the next day if the PDI is not complete.
