    5th wheel hitch camera options

What are you using to see your gooseneck ball for hitching or an Andersen style hitch? Are there any aftermarket wireless cameras that will link up to a Chevy infotainment system or my Furrion S7 monitor?

I have a rechargeable camera, that connects to your phone. It's a magnetic mount, and really works pretty good. But I use it very infrequently. Less than $100. A lot less.

Not a camera, but I'm using the Hitch Hook-up Mirror (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ET990WW). We have the Andersen hitch and it works great.

I've thought about a camera, tried the Garmin and didn't care for it. I use a telescoping magnet set just forward of the ball. Line it up with the center of the goosebox and back up till I see the handle move.

Our 2023 OEM Ford cab rear camera works great for our 5er hitching...... would guess it would work great for gooseballs too.

That's actually a cool idea, I've got one of those in my tool box.

I installed a dash cam with rear facing camera. The rear facing is hardwired but I ran the wires up the Pilar and out the third break light mounted the camera just under the break light. This has an overlay mirror that goes on over you rear view mirror. It can be used in camera mode or regular mirror. It is touch screen which allow you to adjust from front or rear facing and it allows you to change the camera view from rear to downward into the bed to see your hitch . Has worked great for over 2 years.

I do like trylrydr.... Ford cab mounted camera. I can even zoom in. Sometimes I put a battery operated LED work light in the bed shining at the ball and hitch when I back in my garage and need additional light.

I use this camera when hitching to my Curt hitch. I mount it on the inside of the bed when hooking up and it works perfectly through my phone. I got it because my wife is too short to see inside the bed when I am hitching up, and the Tonneau Cover blocks my view from the drivers seat.

Yep, that's the one I also have. Works very well.
