Thx to everyone for help, brought home our 375RE
I want to thank everyone who answered all my questions over the past month or so. All of your advise, help and encouragement helped with our selection of which 5th wheel to buy, what truck to get, encouragement with my trepidation on driving it, what hitch to buy and lastly on the PDI. THANK YOU everyone without you we may not be where we are today.

Awesome Teamam. Glad all worked out well for you and the misses. Air bags may be a consideration for your future. Although I have a dually, I will still be adding them. They do not increase your allowable payload but will increase the handling of your truck. Enjoy that 375re. I know my wife and I love ours.

Brett & Nancy--congratulations and thoroughly enjoy your new 375 & P/U !......looks great ! I think your initial post in this thread tells the story of what this site is all about......learn, share, & have fun to help in decision making processes and to enjoy and improve the RV experience, RV industry, and we as RV owners/people in a caring and considerate manner.
Good stuff !

Thx Toes, I assume you feel I need airbags based on the picture I posted? I drove about 140 miles yesterday and it felt good. The allowable weight in the bed is 3900. The hitch is about 200 so that would leave about 3700 minus my fat but of a slender 220 gives me about 3500 left over. The pin weight is 3000 . So based on your experience I will need some airbags and how much will they cost normally and what should I be asking for, CLUELESS

Brett--this is our first fiver and diesel and I have no experience or useful feedback regarding bags. The good news is that there are several here that do and I am sure will offer helpful advice/knowledge. I do know that after fully loading our 303, from the factory empty pin weight of just shy of 1700, we added nearly 1000#s to pin weight including our Pullrite auto slider hitch (200 #s by itself.) So could you add 1000#s or so, I imagine so and as such needs to be factored in.
