Hot Water Heater Bypass?
My entire water system was drained and blown out last Winter. The hot water heater was drained fully and we didn't use the trailer until Spring.
But we do sometimes camp in Winter using just the cold water system and do a quick winterizing with RV antifreeze.
Are there bypass valves and hoses on the hot water heater?

If you have the Kantleak valve system, there is a water heater bypass valve on that panel.
Close that valve, open the water heater drain and hold open the pressure relief valve until the tank is empty.
Don't forget to turn off the electric breaker for the water heater.
