I use a Truxedo roll-up tonneau cover. I would have liked a BakFlip, or something like it, but didn’t think I should have it being above the rails when folded for towing. The Truxedo is ok, but you have to be careful with it rolled up, or it can scuff the back of your cab. I have an aux fuel tank instead of a tool box in the forward part of the bed.

I've had the BakFlip 4 section fiberglass cover on my 6'4" bed since 2017, folding 3 sections up for towing. Never a problem, and when I unhitch my 5th wheel hitch stays clean with the cover closed.

I’ve used the BakFlip MX-4 four section tonneau on my Ram 3500 sb cc srw for several years and haven’t had any problems with folding the back three sections on the front one. The fifth wheel trailer has never come close to hitting the folded up tonneau or the pinbox hitting the side rails. I have a UWS tool box that fits under the tonneau.

I installed an Access Toolbox Edition Soft cover purchases through e-trailer (A61409). It is a roll up unit and the tonneau rails do sit proud of the side rails, and due to the diamond plating on my toolbox, it doesn't provide a perfect seal agains heavy rains or car wash, but it does a real good job of keeping things dry. Once installed I drilled a couple 1/8th inch pilot holes on each end of the side rails and installed small bolts so that I can remove the cover and rails if I want to haul a bunch of stuff and don't want them in the way. To re-install I just put the rails back in place using the pilot holes and then clamp it. I will attempt to post a picture...[ATTACH=CONFIG]49597
