Tires, and speed on new 375RE

Hey Guys

I have seen a lot on this forum about the Westlake tires. I guess the first question is what is the speed rating and how fast can we go? Not looking to go 80, just looking to know what is the rating?

I ask because my dealer when I drove off the lot never said anything about how fast or slow to go.

At the rally we were told ST tires have speed rating of 65 MPH. Commercial trailer tires are rated 62 MPH

new westlakes are rated 75MPH , not that I think anybody should be doing that with a trailer

In late 2014, Westlake started adding "Speed Rating L - 75mph" to the sidewall of their tires. If all of your tires have this marking, your maximum tire speed is 75mph. If not, you're limited to 65mph which is the same limit that most ST tires have.
