Shower Seat

We have a 2015 Reflection 308BHTS. I’m at the age that I need a seat in the shower. As this model doesn’t have a wall mounted seat, I have no idea if one can be installed. Was thinking of just using a portable seat, but rightfully my husband is concerned about the feet punching through the bottom of the shower floor. Wondering if anyone has had this issue, or knows if the floor is solid? TIA

Units with wall-mounted seats have a specially reinforced wall where the seat is mounted. Others (like ours) have a small seat molded into the shower surround. If the base of a portable seat were properly designed to distribute the weight, I don't think the shower floor would be an issue - it is supported by a sheet of plywood (or it wouldn't support your weight in the first place).
