Bedroom Closet Doors

Hello! We recently purchased a 337-RLS and from day one, the right side closet door has been coming off the upper track during travel. We have done everything we can to get the track to lock in place, and we just had it at the dealer where they supposedly fixed it but it still falls off. Any suggestions out there for a fix?

Is it the rollers coming off the track, or the door comes off the peg which holds it to the rollers?

There is a plastic insert that holds the end of the peg. If the door is actually coming off the peg, either the small latch that surrounds the peg isn't snapped in or the plastic insert is bad and you need a new roller.
