    2023 Xplor 265bh no water!

New to the group, occasional rver from the pnw here. I'm comfy at home, but the wife and kids are at the campground for fair. Can't get water to the faucets regardless of settings being correct, having water in The tank, or being hooked up to city connection. Gonna explor the site and see if I can find some solution. Thanks for the community, looking forward to helping others soon!

No water at any faucet? Including the outdoor shower? Have the settings been double checked? Does the pump run?

Grand design customer service on point

So I just got off the phone with grand design and it sounds like any 1 of 3 issues, bad check valve at switcher valve, bad check valve at pump or bad pump. Under warranty so they're going to take care of it. I'll follow up after repairs to report what went wrong and what the tech says possiblenin field fix could be if anyone else has this problem.

    More to follow

Well, you can eliminate a bad pump as the city water doesn't go through the pump, it is bypassed around it.

So, either bad check valves or wrong selection on the valves.

Thanks for the reply. I verified valve settings then went back to check all faucets. Shower works, but neither sink works. I'm not hooked up to city anymore, bit found pump under rear bunk at water heater and verified it is pumping.

Any idea why the shower would work, but not the sinks?

Fingered it out! Mineral deposits in thw sink screens, both of them, which is weird, because we've only been on 3 trips.

    Lesson learned.

Was going to be my next suggestion....could be construction debris also. The water savers get clogged quickly.
