Just a note to let everyone know how pleased I am with GD Customer Service. The GD Team has gone beyond what is expected again to take care of my needs long after the sell of the unit. I am truly happy with my purchase and we love our Solitude. My only issue is my wife wants to trade up to the new models every year because of the changes and improvements GD has done. LOL Not a bad thing and may do that in a couple of years I will not consider another company after my experiences with GD. Thanks so much GD Team for all your dedication, service and help.

I've been satisfied with GD's responses to my questions. That made me more comfortable in buying a 303.

Our year and a half relationship with GD has also been positive. Product improvements could be made, but the Customer Service and follow-through are definitely way above expectations!

I agree Grand Design has gone out of their way to take care of some issues I had even after the warranty was over. I also like some of the new models but will probably keep the one I have for a while yet, but would definitely buy another Grand Design. They are a great company and I certainly am looking forward to many more trips in my Solitude.
