    Auto Level Not Working

The last couple of trips I have had problems auto leveling. It ends up level but the middle and rear jacks on the right hand side only go about half way down. It starts out adjusting the front jacks down then back up, then the right side jacks come down part of the way and stop, then left jacks come down part of the way and stop, then it does nothing for about 30 seconds after that the left side jacks come down to the ground and it finishes leveling without the right side jacks. The control panel says level success and it checks out to be level using a four foot level on the frame. Every thing works in manual and I have just been lowering the right side manually. Has anyon else had this issue?

    Thanks
    Jeff

Maybe try lubing the legs with some silicone spray lube. It might be sensing some back pressure and stopping thinking they are down.

Done that already. All cleaned and lubed up with silicon spray. I put a meter on the pressure switch the only time I see it switch is when all jacks are full retracted during auto retract. I would have thought that the pressure switch also let the system know when jacks were grounded but I never saw it change states during auto level.

    Hi Jeff (@thompsjk),

Based on the information you've provided, please follow the instructions listed below for your RV:

    ZERO SETTING THE CONTROL
    1. Turn “ON/OFF” button “OFF”
    2. Push “FRONT” button 10 times,
    3. Push “REAR” button 10 times
    4. Control will flash and beep, display will say “ ZERO POINT CALIBRATE”
    5. This gives you complete control over the system to set level manually
    6. To memorize this level condition , press “ENTER”
    7. Display will say “ZERO POINT STABILITY SUCCESSFULLY SET”
    8. The control will then turn off.
    9. Turn “ON/OFF” on to commence operation.

    Hi Janice,

I have already done the zeroing process several times with the same results. It does not give any errors and everything functions properly in manual. It always says Auto Level Success but the right side jacks are only half way to the ground. I have tried pulling the fuse for 10 seconds to rest the system per the Lipert manual but that did not help. I have been trying to figure this out on my owne because my warenty ran out in August.

    Thanks
    Jeff
