Putting our 29RS to bed for the winter

when storing for the long cold winter...is it better to self level the RV to store for long periods, or just chock the wheels and level close front to back? I have winterized per instructions, will throw some rodent repellent ( not sure if needed) in the storage and living area. any other instructions for a RV virgin & his wife?

We are able to keep our trailer at home in our driveway so we do level it. However, when it comes time to close it up for the winter we will raise one end so that the moisture will run off rather than sit on top and freeze.
