Shore power connection on back of imagine 2800bh

Hi, just wondering if anyone had/had issues with the connection on back of camper. I just brought my brand new imagine home on Saturday and Sunday of course I went out to check it out inside and when I went to plug in the shore power the light came on at the plug end I had plugged into extension cord but when I attached it into back of trailer and twisted to lock it-no blue light came on to tell me I had power in trailer. Is there anything I can do or have I done something wrong. Honestly when I did the pdi on Saturday I never thought to look to see if the light was on. Is there a quick fix for this or would I have to bring it to dealer to be fixed? TIA for any help with this guys

    Hi Rayrays,

Is this a 50 amp cord ? We have LED lights at the post end of the cord but not at the trailer end. The lights on this Furrion cord are a "curiosity" having nothing to do with the functionality of the cord (as near as I can tell). We have had one light out for a long time . . . but the cord still works just fine. If you have power to everything in the trailer, just add this to your low priority warranty repair list . . . there will be more things to add to this list .

    Hi,Cate& Rob
No it is a 30 amp cord. Ok so far it will be the first on my warrant repair list and hopefully it will be a very short list. There is power in the trailer so that's ok.

I"ve used mine a couple of times and honestly don't recall a light on the plug. If the microwave works you have power. Probably wouldn't worry about the light. Enjoy.
