trailer not level side to side when towing?

Hello, We have had our Refelectionn 323 bhs for almost a year now and have noticed that the trailer is not level side to side when hooked up to the truck. The driver side sits about 4-5 inches lower to the ground than the driver side. I have pulled the trailer into a level parking lot and measured the rear corners of the trailer from the bottom to the ground and noted that the driver side is lower than the passenger side. I am wondering if this is normal? I have inspected the axles and nothing appears to be unusual. The driver side has 3 slides and the passenger side has 2 sides. Just by looking at the trailer you can see that one side is lower than the other. I have also noticed it once the trailer is leveled and the slides are out. Just wondering if I should have the tralier looked at by the dealership or is this normal? Thanks.
