    Schwintek slide out problem

Hi guys, ok I've owned my imagine for one week now and have it stored on level ground right now but a few times I've gone out and used the slide and everytime it doesn't come back in properly. They both come in about 5" then right side comes in 3" more then both stop dead. I have looked online at suggestions on what to do and have reconfigured it everytime-by holding my finger down on controller for a few seconds and releasing and still the same problem. I would really appreciate any help you guys have with this, if it is just a easy fix or should I just bring it back to dealer and try get them to fix it. Hoping with your guys help it is something I can fix myself. Don't want to have this problem in spring when all I will want to do is camp. TIA

Thanks Dave and monica, yes I've seen this video and do it everytime and still the same thing when I open it up again. I never had a slide in a trailer before so I don't know if this is just the normal thing that happens with slides?

Yes, I had trouble with the slide that was similar to your problem my first trip out. It is in the shop now being worked on to repair the slide and several other issues.

This doesn't sound encouraging. I've used mine several times and it's ok so far although it does seem to slow down when it gets to the last foot of travel when retracting.

I will definitely keep u all up to date on wot happening. Now today I went out and wouldn't retract so retimed it like I do everytime and after several goings in and out it finally went out, so hours later when I was putting it back in it came in just fine, so I dunno, I think I might try greasing it and c if that helps. I will let u all know.
