New single bowl kitch sinks
Our 2015 337RLS has a twin bowl SS kitchen sink. At the show this year, my wife spotted the new single bowl sink that GD is using. The GD rep that was on-hand, mentioned that the new single bowl sink is the same size as the old double bowl and uses the same cutout in the counter so that they did not have to make a manufacturing change.
Anyway, my wife wants a new single bowl sink. I'm sure that it will be cheaper to just replace the sink than to trade in the whole trailer, if I can find a sink. Should be an easy change. The opening on the counter is 26x15.
Anyone else done this? Any idea where to locate a sink this size or know where GD sources it?John & Jill

I haven't seen one, but we would love to have a single large bowl in our kitchen sink as well. We asked our sales man last year about the possibility of it as an option too, I guess we asked before it was available.

I would start by contacting Grand Design directly. First to confirm the the counter opening is identical and then to either purchase a new sink through one of their dealers or to get the name of the supplier.

My wife spotted the same thing at a recent show. The salesman said he would be happy to take our "old" trailer in trade for a new one with a single sink.

IMHO it would be less expensive to trade sinks than trailers

We have the 2016 337RLS with the single sink. We haven't used it yet because we just purchased her before storage for the Kansas winter.
But I'm excited because now I can manage pots and pans and electric skillet/griddles and multiple coffee mugs without having to do all the juggling in the tiny double sinks to try to keep wash and/or rinse water from going all over me and the kitchen. Or having to stack dishes a mile high. It's even big enough to bathe a baby (if you have one) or a small dog.

I have the part number for the new single bowl sink if anyone is interested. GD doesn't sell directly but will ship directly to me if I order through our dealer. So far, I haven't found a source for a sink that size anywhere else.
