Furrion dvd/cd player momentum 350M

Anyone else having issues with their DVD player freaking out? Just about every movie we watch (no damage/new movies) skips/choppy during several points during film. Also when you eject the movie or audio cd, if you don't put in another one it continues to try and feed a new cd and the motor won't stop until you feed another disc even when you owner it off. Thoughts??

Almost everyone has had the 3100 replaced.

Mine out in the garage is showing "ERR. SERVO" and working as u describe. I am bypassing Furrion and buying a JVC to replace it with. Not messing around with Furrion radios.

When you're in 'My Profile', select the 'About Me' tab and the line for the VIN is there.

On a computer, the "My Profile" setting that @Dave and Monica mentioned above (post # 7) is located in the top right corner of your screen. Not sure where it's located if you're using the Tapatalk app or the mobile site.
