    Rubber Seal

My 303RLS is only 8 months old but I noticed the rubber flap around the living room slide is already starting to deteriorate. It's a pretty flimsy piece of rubber but I expected it to last longer than this. Anyone else come across the same problem?

Silicone sprayed on a rag and applied to these seals helps keep them conditioned. You can get to both sides depending on the slide position, out or retracted.

I saw a video on YouTube where a guy sprinkled baby powder on a rag and then wiped the seals with it. Claimed to prevent the rubber from sticking to the walls. I wonder if using 303 or other protectant for uv protection and then some baby powder would be a good idea
