    Rear Stabilizers

Having now placed my order for the 369RL, I have a question about the length which I believe to be lengthy. Here is my question, have anyone installed stabilizer jacks on the rear of say campers in excess of 38' to prevent any movement or bounce? Thanks

I have a 379 with a washer in rear. I use 2 scissor jacks under rear of frame. Helps take a lot of the bounce away

I haven't installed anything since I have owned mine, but I am toying with the idea of installing the steadfast system on our rig.

FWIW Lippert wouldn't install a set of JT Strong Arms on another member's 369RL at the 1st rally saying that as they mount to the foot of the hydraulic cylinders, they wouldn't allow rotation of the piston and cause damage to the cylinder/seals. The SteadyFast System would mount in the same fashion.

    Dave,
I contacted the owner of steady fast and asked if they had installed on the 6 point leveling system. He said they had without any issues. When I get back to my desktop I'll paste a copy of his email, including pictures.

I've been using a pair of those. But plan on getting these this year. Any type of jack at the rear bumper makes a huge difference in stabilizing the unit.

I have never had auto levelers as I have a TT. But I can say the Steadyfast system worked miracles in getting the rock and roll out of our trailer. No more Dramamine needed to watch TV. I certainly don't understand what they wouldn't work unless the auto system remained active and needs to self adjust from time to time. If that is the case the Steadyfast could harm the system.

I was about ready to order two of these when I started thinking about my 4 point auto leveling jacks. Since all 4 corners of my rig are already "stabilized" by my auto leveling jacks, how would these "manual" jacks add more stabilization?
