Soon to be new owners of a Reflection 303 RLS
Greetings from Nashville TN area, I'm Kevin and my wife, Janet and I will soon be taking the reigns of the 303, our first 5th wheel purchased from Cullum and Maxey, Nashville. We started in tents a long time ago, moved into pop ups, 3 to be exact and then onto 2 travel trailers. Just sold our Keystone Bullet Premier and couldn't me more excited to get into this 5th wheel. We considered the 335 or 318 but chose to stay shorter with lower profile because we like most our camping in rustic parks with tighter spaces. We'll be puling it with an Andersen ultimate hitch installed in the back of our 2014 Super Duty F350 so plenty of towing power there.
We presently spend a lot of leisure camping on the Gulf coast, Smoky mountains and lower Eastern seaboard. Our business travels will take us to Arizona, Colorado and up into the midwest. So lot of travel in our future. Hope to meet up with other Grand Design owners along the way!

Congratulations! That's an awesome trailer. I would love to know the break down in Grand Design sales by model because I think it would be very close to the most popular model.

Congratulations on your 5th wheel RV. You will like it much more than the travel trailer. We did the same thing. This forum is a great place with great people. Welcome to the GD Family. If you have questions, this is the place to get them answered. Happy Travels!

Thank you, I've been told that by everybody who has ever had both, they all say the 5th wheel is the way to go. We're hoping it delivers before St Patricks day as we'd like to take it to LBL in northwest Tennessee/Kentucky for a shake down camping trip.

Welcome I am relatively new myself to the Grand Design family and forum my wife and I also just purchased a new 303rls and are busy putting our own little touches on it with little mods. We to have a 2016 F350 6.7 4X4 and the unit pulls like a dream with that combination. Good luck with your new trailer.

Don't forget about the camping down on the Tennessee River between Guntersville and Pickwick. You're just 2 hours away, and there are State Parks, City Parks, TVA Campgrounds and Corp. of Engineer campgrounds. Nashville's Harding Place interstate exit is just 85 miles from Alabama's state line.

Welcome to the Reflection 303RLS branch of the family .
It would be interesting to know whether the 337 or the 303 leads in sales volume . . . I think it would be close.
Choosing the diesel F350 as what you need to tow a 303 is interesting (I guess some of you already had the truck first).
Many (most ?) who are towing the bigger Reflections like the 337, choose the 250.
For whatever it is worth, we have two snowbird winters (2 x 4 months and 9000 total miles) under the wheels of our F150 and 303 combination.
We have had the usual number of panic braking events caused by some idiot, 6% grades up and down, etc and our Ecoboost has handled it all.
Just making the observation for others who may be reading this thread . . . you don't need a one ton truck to tow a Reflection 303RLS.
BTW, we love our Reflection 303 even more than when we chose it 2 years ago. The (minor) bugs have been worked out, the factory support is more amazing than you can believe until you experience it . . . and the camaraderie of meeting and getting to know other GDVR product owners makes the whole camping experience even better.
