2500, I would probably look at the Andersen. If you want to stick with a "real" hitch, B&W.
You can do a B&W Turnover ball for either. The Companion hitch will sit in the goosneck port. They also make a slider. I have the Companion for the Ram OEM puck system. Works great for me. I have mine pushed back for more turning as well. It's a heavy monster though.

First thing to determine is based on how short your bed is - do you need a sliding hitch (auto or manual)?

Looking at the specs, the 350M is too much trailer for your truck.

X2 on Second Chance Rob's observation.
Your loaded pin weight is going to be north of 3500 lbs.
The payload on a 2500 CC diesel has to be a thousand shy of this, without the weight of the hitch.

I recommend you at least look at the Hensley Trailersaver hitch. I've got the BD3 model for my Reflection (http://www.trailersaver.com/product/...h-wheel-hitch/) but you may need the larger model for your 350M. The airbags in the Hensley hitch REALLY smooth out the ride. We love ours. For a conventional hitch, the B&W Companion is tough to beat.

But, but ....... he see's so many 250/2500's going down the highway pulling monster trailers, surely his will do the same. JUST kidding. I agree, too much trailer, too little truck. Most folks look at specs of what it will pull, not what it will carry. Ever notice those commercials or ads, XXXXXX pounds of towing capacity, not one word about load capacity. As to the topic of what hitch, I vote for the B&W companion. Off my soapbox now.

I have the TS3 but the BD-3 would work for the 350M assuming you don't need a slider hitch. As Bertschb stated they are great hitches and really improve the ride.
I know you asked about hitches but as already mentioned that's a lot of trailer for your truck.

Still only have two tires on the ground out back, it's going to be right at, if not over capacity with loaded pin weight, hitch, fuel, personal cargo, and people....
Heck our Ram 3500 DRW is nearly at rear axle capacity when we are loaded for a long trip with our 388M2012 Ram 3500 CCLB-CTD-DRW
