Furrion DV3100 USB problems

We just picked up our 308BHS last weekend and finally had some time to play around with everything inside. We finally got the bluetooth to pair and got the DVD's working. We plugged in a USB thumb drive and we cannot get the system to recognize the files. It flashes and jumps between a load screen and the dvd screen then things flash on and off on the main units display screen.

Any advice on getting this to work?

Sorry nobody has responded to you on this topic, yet. If you search the forum, there are tons of posts about various problems with the Furrion units. You basically have three options: 1) try a hard reset (there should be a little pin-hole to push with a paper clip), 2) have your dealer or Grand Design replace the unit for you, or 3) as a number of us have done, bypass the Furrion unit altogether with a good brand-name sound bar (with or without wireless sub-woofer) and Blue Ray/DVD player. My Polk Audio sound bar is Bluetooth capable, so I just stream high-quality FLAC audio files from my tablet for music.
