Keeping the entry door dry
I know that I saw this idea somewhere on this forum and wanted to add a comment that this simple fix really works ! . . . but can't find the original discussion.
A golf umbrella sits nicely over the gap between the awning and the slide (on several Reflection models) and keeps the door and stairs completely dry. I secure ours with a velcro strap between the umbrella handle and the awning arm . . . and obviously this is not going to work in any amount of wind . . . but for today's steady downpour, it has been a great addition.
(Thanks to whoever came up with this idea )

Thanks for the tip. I will for sure go that route. I'll be in search of a golf umbrella tomorrow. I plan two more camping trips before the end of the year.

This is a good idea. We were thinking of putting an inflatable ball/boat fender? under the slide-out topper just at the front end to direct the water to the back. Wind wont be an issue that way. Thanks for the idea!
