2016 GD Owners' Rally Registration Open

Registration for the 2016 GD Owners’ Rally is now open! The registration instructions are attached along with the registration and the site reservation forms. If you’re at not a ‘Site Sponsor’, you will not be able to access the instructions and forms. Please contact me at [email protected] and I’ll send them to you. Please read the instructions carefully.

Registration will be limited to 150 units, which is the maximum that can be accommodated at the campground and the registration order will be set by the postmark date/time of the mailed registration form. I’ll be emailing a registration confirmation.

We’ll be needing a number of volunteer couples to assist at the rally, particularly for those that plan on arriving early. Please indicate if you’d be able to help on the registration form.

For those that have yet to register for the rally, please do not send me USPS Postal Money Orders unless they're International...the regular ones cannot be cashed outside the U.S. and it's Territories and Canada isn't part yet.

I should have spelled out the cancellation policy earlier, but better late than never.

If you cancel your spot at the rally before the registration is closed, $50 of the registration fee will be returned. If you cancel your spot at the rally after the registration is closed, there'll be no refund of the registration fee.

Anyone cancelling their spot at the rally will also have to contact the campground to cancel their site...the campgrounds cancellation policy will apply.
