how to become a forum sponsor

Anyone know who I could contact to get full access to the forum? (a forum sponsor?) Right now I just have guest status and I cannot view pictures or go to certain areas of the forum. Anyone know how much it costs?

To become a Site Sponsor and gain full access to all the functions of the Forum, go to Settings and click on Paid Subscriptions. Once there, you can join for One, Two, or Three Years.

Settings is on the top, right of the page, in white lettering. It's hard to see.
