    Solitude 321X Converter location?

I am in the process of installing a full 500W Solar panel, Charge controller system to charge my new 400AH Lithium battery pack. I need to find the OEM converter to replace it with a new Magnum MHS3012M pure sine wave unit. Does anyone out there know where the OEM unit is located?! Thanks for any feedback. Steve H.

I believe they're all in the main storage compartment behind a wall on the same side as the pluming. From what I've read, you just have to remove a handful of screws and the wall comes right off. I have to empty my storage out before I go looking, so I haven't made it very far yet.

    Hey Rolling dog,
it is behind the wall in the storage compartment basically under the inside stairs. Be prepared for what you will see in there a real mess by my standards.

Yeh, I just opened up the panel system and there is a real mess behind there for sure. Hasn't anyone ever heard of a vacuum cleaner before. I did find the converter and now I am in the process of chasing down the A/C & D/C wiring to and from it so I can install the new 3000W Magnum unit we're upgrading to. the new unit will require a 30Amp 120V A/C power feed so that will require new wiring as the OEM unit was only 20A. Then to boot, I want to have it installed up front in the "generator" compartment where I will be installing the "Head-end" equipment for my 500W Solar System! We are installing (3) 175W solar panels on the roof and a charge controller to feed a new 400AH Lithium Battery bank. We want to be able to boon-dock seriously, so this is the system I've designed to give us that capability.

I did a "lay-out" of the (3) roof solar panels with the cardboard they came inside. (great idea, as they are nice and light!) got my patch cables measured/ordered and determined where I can run down thru the bedroom front closet to get to the basement. Have built & mounted my own tiltable mounts and as soon as it will be dry for 2-3 days, I'll get them set and sealed into place. Pained a new plywood equipment backboard (to help with the all black painted surfaces of the basement) and will start the equipment lay-out/ mounting next. Waiting on Amazon shippments! Make sure you look there for all R.V.,supplies, they KILL the R V store $'s!! I will post pic's along the way.
