Atwood fridge installation in 2015 Reflection 303RLS

The two screws that hold the top of the fridge in place have broken off leaving an approximately 3/4" gap. The fridge will not go back in place by just pushing on it. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it? Is the fridge held in place only be screws around the outside edge?

I have not heard of this before. I think I'd place a call to customer support while I waited to see if someone else has had that problem.

There are also screws retaining the fridge that are accessible through the outside access panels.
I know for sure that there are screws at the bottom, but have not actually gone looking for screws inside the top access panel.
