Solitude - Glow Step Revolution Entry Steps

These are the new steps on the Solitude line and looks like they are going to become the standard steps in 2017. Does anyone have these steps? If so, do you like them? Any other comments? The video below is also on GD Facebook page.

I did a real world test for them. Very nice and well built. My only problem with them was you have to use two hands to deploy and stow. Not usually a problem except in my side yard I can't leave them out due to walkway, so I have to put them in and out so often it was a pain for me (and kinda hard on my back) every time I needed to go in for something quickly. Definitely nice for camping use, not so much while traveling and having to adjust every time you use them. JM2C

I saw a set at the dealership and the first step coming out the RV was really huge steep down but now I see in the video that it is adjustable up and down. Were you able to adjust yours so have a more normal spacing between the RV and the first step? I'm still on the fence if I like these more than the 4 step aluminum steps I have now.

CWS, yes, I mounted my test set as high as possible in the pocket and was able to adjust all the step heights pretty close to the same.

They can be ordered from Torklift to fit any pocket size. (and number of steps you want)

Thank you for the PDF. You mentioned that not for someone that has back problems and I fit the bill with one surgery and possibly looking at another one. Sure hope i can request the older style aluminum steps, that could be a deal breaker.

Remember, that is just me and my specific back You might want to find some and try them out... might be fine for you. They are nice steps.

I don't think they are any harder to get in and out than the old style.

We have a couple older guys on our Sales team, and none of them have any issues with the new steps.
