Sure! I'd be happy to get you some pics. Our trailer is in storage right now, so it may take a day or two, but I'll get them for you.

Thanks... Amazon or their website doesn't show good views of it... I don't want to get another one if the wife isn't going to be happy with it.

Had to run out today, so I stopped by and grabbed the pictures you requested. I threw in one extra showing how it's mounted to the bowl. It makes it really easy for cleaning because there's a button on the back of the hinge that can be pressed to disengage the seat from the bowl. To reattach, all you need to do is to align the holes in the hinge with the mounting posts and press down until it clicks.

I had never really noticed it before, but I see what you're saying regarding the bowl being wide toward the back. You can see in the top view picture how the bowl does extend slightly past the outside edge of the seat (it's about 1/4").

I hope these are what you're looking for. If you need any more, please let me know and I'll see what I can do for you.

Thank you... that looks good & it should work just fine. We have the Thetford Style II model 42070 and the Bemis seat from Home Depot had a good 3/4"+ of bowl showing on each side.

Is this the Bath Royale seat you mentioned on a Thetford Aqua Magic II toilet? Thanks.

Thanks. I ordered one today. They recommended the BR500 instead so we'll see how it goes.

I have been reading this thread to see exactly what fits the Thetford 42070 toilet. Without even using it yet I don't think I will like the plastic seat. My previous trailer had a Dometic 300 and I changed it out to a Dometic 310. The Dometic 300 was all plastic and I hated it. The Thetford has a ceramic bowl, but a plastic seat. My first trip will be for 18 days and I don't want to deal with a plastic seat if possible. I have seen different recommendations for this toilet.

    Which one fits the best?
