Interesting setup for the fake fire. I do a lot of Halloween stuff and the last few years have seen these "fire" spot light being used, similar to the below:

They show up all over during Halloween. Anyways this light would make a great improvement and remove the concern about a bad/noise motor. I am just not sure if the distance is enough but it might work.

Fake flame synchronous Motor ticking loudly. Unplugged it from control board. Ordered a new one from Amazon. Thanks to the forum for all the help, tips and pics.
