what do you use at home dish or direct? Just got my portable dish for directtv hd. No automatic/portable systems for DIRECT tv hd but I wanted hd and I wanted direct tv and NFL package. took me a couple of sessions to get the swim dish aimed even at home we will see how I do on the upcoming trip......Swim dish is rather large and I have heard of some using smaller round dish fo hd.....

We have a Dish For My RV account (portable/RV only as we are full-timers). Our equipment consists of a Pathway X2 portable antenna and a 211Z receiver. The Antenna will support two receivers and we have a hard drive connected to the receiver which turns it into a DVR. The antenna is an auto-locator and I can carry it out 30 - 50 feet from the rig to clear trees and obstructions. We're very happy with the setup.
